"There was really no continental breakfast as stated and had food that was provided was a couple items that were not appetizing which caused me to just go out for breakfast. "

"I didn’t like the staff at all, very rude and inattentive. I waited for 20 minutes to get checked in bc she was outside smoking. When I left I was trying to talk to a manager but again nobody was at the desk and I rang the phone and bell and nobody came. I got tired of waiting and just left"

"This is an amazing historic building with great character. The hotel was located walking distance to Old Market. And the staff was very eager to help and friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and service was very good. The only downside was our hotel room was dirty (dusty & signs of mold in the shower). The in-room coffee pot was stinky and needed to be decalcified. And the outdoor plaza area had garbage where a guest obviously didn’t pick up after themselves. When we booked this hotel we it stated that they had a shuttle, but they did not. "
